1. Overview

Our Theatre, Film & Television Literature program is a nationally recognized undergraduate major. It provides opportunities for advanced study, including a master’s degree in the level-1 discipline of Arts and a professional master’s program in Art. The four-year undergraduate program, which does not include a teacher education track, confers a Bachelor of Arts degree upon completion. Originating from film and television courses within the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Zhejiang Normal University, the program has a rich history spanning over 30 years. It has cultivated a wealth of distinguished experts who have contributed significantly to both the creative and theoretical realms of the Chinese film and television industry.
